Because they are good and tasty, and it’s fun.

Slugs and flowers? Why not? Protein and fibre like you’ve never tasted before.

Ingredients, preparation and presentation are all reliably excellent.

Because it’s a busy, bustly spot, with a quick turnover, everything tastes very fresh.

Given how busy the place gets the service is very good. If not too busy the servers will enjoin in a bit of banter, but often the jokes fall flat … as with the offensive reference to ‘Obama’ croquettes.

Modern, fresh, clean, well-lit interior with tall, cushioned stools and manageable noise levels.
