Because it’s a busy, bustly spot, with a quick turnover, everything tastes very fresh.

Service:
Given how busy the place gets the service is very good. If not too busy the servers will enjoin in a bit of banter, but often the jokes fall flat … as with the offensive reference to ‘Obama’ croquettes.
Ambience:
Modern, fresh, clean, well-lit interior with tall, cushioned stools and manageable noise levels.
Value:
Expect to pay north of 25€ per person, plus drink, for 4 or 5 plates.
